Social Responsibility

Cians Analytics has made great strides in the past few years. As we continue to evolve and define our culture, we recognize that business enterprises are economic organs of society and draw on societal resources.

It is our belief that in the strategic context of business, enterprises possess, beyond mere financial resources, the transformational capacity to create game-changing development models by unleashing their power of entrepreneurial vitality, innovation, and creativity.

In line with this belief, we have decided to launch Cians’ CSR Initiative focused on the sustainable development of the society and the environment, and to make our surroundings a better place for future generations. For the current financial year (2018–2019), our focus area would be “Education for the lesser-privileged”, and to fulfill our endeavors, we have partnered with two NGOs that are creating an impact par excellence.

Super Girls! Sponsorship Program
Katha (https://katha.org/) is a registered non-profit NGO based in Delhi that works in the field of community development, child welfare, education, and literature. Katha’s mission is “to enhance the joy of reading for children and adults, thereby helping every child realize his or her full potential. To combat social injustice and poverty through active story-based learning, quality education, and community action.” As part of our initiative, we have partnered with Katha for the ‘Super Girls! Sponsorship Program’ aimed at providing high-quality education, scholarship, and vocational skill development for the holistic development of girls from the Govindpuri slum community.

Pratham’s mission is “to improve the quality of education in India and ensure that all children not only attend but also thrive in school through high-quality, low-cost, and replicable interventions to address gaps in the education system.” As part of our initiative, we plan to partner with Pratham for the ‘Learning Excellence Program – Gurgaon’ aimed at providing quality pre-school education for 2,500 children across 10 villages in Gurugram, Haryana
